Scarlet Witch Colors

First off, the lines are by ARTGK(the only name I know to call him).

It was originally a drawing of Wonder Woman, I tweaked it, then colored it.
I'm a fan of Scarlet Witch, but can't stand Wonder Woman, dunno why,
just always been that way.

I don't know if the glow works, but I posted it anyways.

Don't remember what filter did this. Was a layer filter. Just thought it looked
interesting.
