Yes, but this one won't involve a Members Only jacket and Jheri curl.

Probably.

The Beyonder doesn't require your worship or approval. Only your hair products.

And perhaps your parachute pants.

That's not true. Remember when he was sick and everyone had to clap and say, "I believe in the Beyonder?"

That was The Beyonder from Earth-2.

Ronin is really the Beyonder in disguise.

That would actually make more sense than Echo, or Hawkeye.

So...really, really though.... Do you think people were really clammoring for the Beyonder's origin all these years? I thought it was pretty much cut and dried, something that shant be spoken of again...

Bendis is sorta pulling a move like that Aunt who's been away from the family for awhile and asks whatever happened to that cute little pooch that Timmy walked in while it was under Gladys's skirt...

No, it was LUCAS with Corey Haim. Or, virtually any '80s film featuring the Corey's.....

....Except LOST BOYS.

I just read this issue....

Much better than I thought it would be. A little confusing though. There's no frame of reference for where this story takes place. Was this right after Secret Wars? Secret Wars II? Iron Man was missing... where in his continuity was he missing so he's unable to meet with the rest of the group? It's not current because Xavier just got back from Shi'ar space and can walk and why would he wait so long to gather them all together?

Issue #2 had the same time-frame/refrence problem.... not sure where it's supposed to take place

Aside from that it was very well done and the Beyonder still lives!!! Never mind that it doesn't jive with Marvel continuity BEFORE the Heroes Reborn event. But I suppose you could make the argument that when they all came back from that paralel world anything done with the Beyonder before that was null and void.

I like the new take on the charaacter... makes him a much more interesting threat.
