As awesome as that sounds, I don't see how it would come to be. The email exchange would go as follows:
"Hi Todd. Want to do a Perhapanauts/Enigmas crossover? Thanks. Dustin Yee."
"Enigmas what? Justin Lee who?"

So, its not likely. Having the 2 Big Foots brawl would be great to see though :D
