when did this information become public? they contact publishers first, which is where i heard it. is there a website or something?

if i had any integrity, i would vote for Todd. he is head and shoulders better at this stuff than i am, or anybody else is. but he's got about thirty Eisners in his attic, so maybe they'll look the other way this time.
