I'm surprised nobody's really mentioned this. Has anyone seen it in Digital 3D? The story is cute, but the Digital 3D is absolutely gorgeous.

I'm not, the last few computer animated movies have really sucked ass.
Robots, Madagascar, Over the hedge, The Wild etc.
The last one that had a decent reception was Happy feet, which I've never seen.

Except;
a] this is being shown in digital 3d, which gives it something extra to talk about,
b] there are quite a few members on this board with children
c] it's easter/spring recess, so most of said children are off from school, making this the perfect time to go see a kid-oriented movie.

It's disney digital crap. Crap like Chicken Little. When Pixar and crew get their Disney flics out then I'll give a hoot until now Breakdancing, Arsenio Hall, hoot, hooting, Dino's need to die.

I've seen it twice. It's worlds better than Chicken Little. The 3D is wonderful, the soundtrack is good, and the story is touching. But what really drives it home for me is the quote at the end of the flick. Gives me hope for where Disney Movies may be headed. :banana:

I took my 3 year old to see this and he loved it! And so did I!!
This had everything that Disney has been missing for a long time... a great story, with solid character development and beautiful imagery... and its not a musical.
I recommend it for anyone that loves animated movies - Disney, Pixar or otherwise!
