In no particular order:

Jurassic Park
Princess Mononoke (or Mononoke Hime, if you get it in Japan)
Godzilla x Megaguirus (yes, this one has some really good themes in it)
Superman
Dragon (The Bruce Lee story)

Lovecraft13

The list doesn't have to be just original score. It can contain licensed tracks-- just as long as the music was actually in the movie.

Lost Highway

1. The Big Lebowski
2. Garden State
3. Judgment Night (the birth of rap-rock!)
4. High Fidelity
5. Office Space

Not sure if Tenacious D and The Pick of Destiny CD fits here somewhere, as a soundtrack or rather the band's second CD.

Mega Man music rocks!

I know the one I was thinking of; It wasn't a movie soundtrack, it was a TV one...

Songs in the Key of X: X-Files

(I know it's found elsewhere but I love Nick Cave's "Man with the Red Right Hand" especially around Halloween...)

All are original soundtrack albums:

-Spawn (Kirk Hammet doing the guitar riffs on a song called Satan? How cool is that!)
-Pulp Fiction (Great oldies collection there)
-Kill Bill (I tell ya Tarantino's taste in music fits me well. There's a few good Japanese songs there too)
-Highlander (Queen. 'Nuff said)
-Dumb & Dumber (Some of the coolest '90s bands I've ever heard including Crash Test Dummies)

Yeah, I still throw in that God Shuffled His Feet CD from time to time. It's funny: That 'Mm-Mm Good' song is probably the worst song on the CD but that's the one everyone knows.

Someday I'll wear my pajamas in the daytime, indeed.

I think the 'Songs in the Key of X' "soundtrack" was one of those inspired by deals, not music from the actual show. AFAIK if any of the songs appeared in episodes, it was a snippet from a radio somewhere in a scene.

Now the "original score" X-Files stuff was cool. :)
