i'm quite impressed actually!
the skin is good, i notice the shading from right to left on har, nice stuff
now the whole image seems too blue, now the white should normally have a slight blue grey as shading, try that out, and try changing the background to an orangy red, just to have some more contrast
well of course thats what i would do, but i doubt you'd want to color like me lol

Ok, you asked my crits here it is,just add 2nd light source though you have it already... front and side... but the face, front shoulders, upper chest and right leg need a bit more light. that's all...
