i dont know if this has come up before, but seriously, who has the worst disguise in comics ever?
and its not just that, obviously, Supermans disguise is pretty ridicuous, but what about Hal Jordan?!! whats that? GL and Robin must shop in the same place.

The Fantastic Four.

Wait, they don't try and hide who they are. Uhm... It's gotta be Superman. You can't get anymore lame than a pair of glasses to hide who you are.

Well some heroes don't actually have a "disguise" do they? The FF don't have alter egos they're just known by other names.

BUt as for the worst "disguise" definately goes to Superman. A pair of glasses? Lois Lane must be a total moron. But you see when it was made no one really cared, it was just a little comic and now it's a tradition that Clark Kent wears the glasses as his "disguise".

As for Hal Jordan and other GL's...Are we sure that's not part of the uniform?

Superman doesn't have a disguise. He is Superman, 24/7. The only reason you think he has a secret ID is because you know he has a secret ID. Someone who doesn't hide his face would not be thought of as having a secret ID.

Jimmy and Lois is another story.

Guy Gardner doesnt have a 'mask' so i dont think it is uniform. i think they will it on or something. pretty sure Ollie has one as well. they suck, they hide nothing!!!!!!!! at least clark creates a whole new personality to kinda sorta ish live his life.

now spiderman, he 'had' a good disguise. Ms Marvels is stupid. gee, i dunno!

As far as the Green Lanterns go, the rings are capable of obscuring the identity of the wearer. Clark Kent gets a ring for an issue or two of 52. It's most recently mentioned there.

I don't read much Superman outside of Superman/Batman, but I remember Superman used to vibrate his face in public so that pictures wouldn't show his face. And when people meet him, you're not really going to think about him and Clark Kent being the same, because you're in awe of this guy with god-like powers who saves the Earth many times over, and Clark trips over his own feet. The personality is far more of a disguise than anyone gives it credit for.

That's the Golden Age Flash, Jay Garrick. Unless they've gone and transferred that nonsense over to Superman. But I've never heard that before.

You're right, Randall. Supes vibrates a little whenever he's Clark, not just for the photos, but whenever he's with someone that might suspect.

This is exactly why I love The Mystery Men...

The Shoveller: If we had a billionaire like Lance Hunt as our benefactor...
Mr. Furious: That's because Lance Hunt *IS* Captain Amazing
The Shoveller: Don't start that *again*. Lance Hunt wears glasses. Captain Amazing *doesn't* wear glasses.
Mr. Furious: He takes them off when he transforms.
The Shoveller: That doesn't make any sense, he wouldn't be able to see.

Genius!
