Looks like it's from Udon Studio... so if it's from 2005, it could of been for the 10th Anniversary
of the original AoA publication.. i never did pick up any of them, so I could be wrong!

i looked up Udon Studios...it says they worked on X-men Evolutions,no mention of AoA so i don't think it's them

Udon also has a deviantart account, and they post a lot of stuff. This definitely looks like their work.

It's from the X-MEN Age of Apocalypse One-shot that kicked off the mini-series a few years back. Art was good, but the story was really bad.
