Well, it looks like Legends of the Dark Knight is done. Where does the time go? It seems like yesterday no. 1 came out, and --whoosh-- 214 issues later it's over.

Now, LOTDK joins the ranks of other long-running Bat series, such as Chronicles, Shadow of., Gotham Knights, etc.

Baman and Detective soldier on, of course. Confidential has begun with a rocky start, but it has potential. All-Star continues to embarrass on an annual basis. Superman/Batman has issues, but could be gould.

Secondary Bat titles have come and gone. Nightwing, Robin, and Catwoman push on. Harley Quinn, Batgirl, Anarky, Azrael, Huntress are all gone.

Sigh. RIP LOTDK.

I always liked LOTDK, although not every story arc was worthy, but plenty were. Hard to believe it lasted over 15 years. Where does the time go?

I'm currently thoroughly enjoying Detective Comics, so at least there's still that.

Yeah, Dini on Detective is excellent.

Some of the best Batman stories in recent years, and not a silly gimmick in sight. This is storytelling the way I remember it growing up. Simple, complete, well fashioned stories with excellent art to back it up. I hope Dini is able to stay a long while on the title. He's a breath of fresh air for Batman.
