I really like that sequential piece. My only crit would be....Why are her breasts still standing up if she's laying down. Unless they're fake.

I removed the two pages that contained nudity, per the rules of the forum.

I have to say i love the backgrounds a lot more than the characters, very cool shading on the backgrounds. :)
I like the first and the last picture but it looks like you took the Top Cow crash course in drawing from other comics. I love the bg's but not the characters. Don't make that mistake, pay careful attention to your characters and... say it with me...
F$%^ Top Cow! I ain't no cooky cutter b^&%$! JK
Nice lines.

I'd like the first one more if it didn't have all of that hideous lens flare all over it. (I've rarely seen lens flare used well, so I'd stay away from it all together if I were you.)
I love your pencils, but as mentioned above; your style is too Mark Silvestri. No-one is going to appreciate you aping someone else's style, try to look at some other things and tinker around with your own style. (Don't get me wrong; I love Mark's style, but if I want to see his work I'll look at his work, not someone copying him.)
Keep your work coming!

i got ur point i tend to look at the topcow books from time to time when i want a certain look for something but yea im getting back to my roots
heartofglitter:
i know what u mean but i dont copy i just get ideas
but his work has been influenced on mine but it will fade... he adds much details and objects in his drawings that i always tried to do but now thats all that his art is for (reference purposes)
but if anything though i dont copy his style i have refs live pics and such as well but i add my style to it but if u dont see it then maybe my next piece will show u wat i mean
Sean
i sent u 3 drawings that i got from steve
have fun
