Ok, I've sucked up my courage, please tell me what you think - too wimpy, dull whatever. I'm ready. I can take it. Promise. Yes....really... fire away.....Alfred is the first in a personal series that I'll do over time, readers of the movie and tv area will now know the reason for the Director's thread, and a few new commissions...and an actual creator is hidden in here...

The Alfred Hitchcock pic is the donkey's doo-dah's :w00t: You've got a real knack for nailing a persons likeness. Fine work indeed! :kewl:
Are those done in watercolor!? If so I'm impressed, doing the human face with watercolor is very difficult and you have done it handsomely. Even if they are not watercolor they are still a great rendering of light and shadow using color.

Thanks everyone. Yes it's watercolor, pencil and acrylic. There is a creator in the bunch who frequents the boards here as well....another new series...

Speaking of totally digging... double donkey doo doo (that's a good thing I hope) Beatutiful work... they are all well done, but the guy with the Spiderman background is especially nice-- double donkey kudos on rendering the glasses and flesh tones. Thanks for sharing--

The guy with the Spiderman background gave me permisson (as did 11 other creators) to do his portrait. Thanks for the kind doo-doo words!

Thanks for the kind doo-doo words!
No thanks are necessary... its all part of the job ma'am
It was my civic duty to lavish the doo-dah doo-doo words on such lavish work from you-hoo.
Now that my job here is done... my civic duties call me elsewhere--
Up, up ...and away!
