Very nice indeed. I like the dynamic pose and the rendering is just great. You've nailed Logan's attitude as well. There are, however a couple of problem areas. First and most problematic is your choice of cutoff at the bottom. Most comic as well as classical artists will agree that you should never cutoff a character right at the knee. It just looks awkward no matter how well drawn the piece is.
Secondly, and this only applies to your goal of using the pic as a magazine cover, you've made the entire image too large. When the logo and text goes over this pic, all your great details and dynamism will be blotted out. When posing a piece for a cover, you need to compose the image so as to leave room for all the other stuff that will eventually be there. Rough in the logo at the top of the page and compose your character from there.
Finally, and this is a small nitpick, his left forearm seems to lack bulk in comparison to the upper arm. Nice foreshortening in the arm as a whole but you got a bit carried away. You could beef that forearm up some and still have the illusion of depth.
Great piece on the whole Inkubuss. I'd love for you to post the finished image .

I do agree that his visible shoulder does look a little small. But other than that this is a fantastic piece, I can't wait to see it inked!
