This is really good. I like the pose, although it does seem a little stiff.

If I was going to be a real bastard and force a real crit, it'd be that the angle on the Venom reflection seems incorrent, based on Spidey's position in relation to the "horizon line". We're looking directly at Spidey's face, so I would guess the horizon line to be in that area. Everything else falls below that, so normal rules of perspective should apply, ie; we should see Venom in kind of an upside down worms-eye view. If you look really closely, this inaccuracy is evident where Spidey's fingers (don't) meet those of the reflection.
