She's become one of the stars of the Lord of the Rings: Masterpieces (http://www.GoldenGoatStudios.com/index.php/news/245) set and she's the only Goat to have made it into the Hellboy set of cards. We just watched the DVD last week and she'll be working on the cards soon. Can't wait to see what she does.

Here are some of her sample cards:

Very nice, Renae. I really need to put some effort into figuring out how to get involved in these things. I never hear about them until 10 minutes after the fact.

Ditto here.

What medium is she using?

Hey guys! Sorry for the late reply. I got hit by a bad deadline.

I'm glad you guys like them! I'm still getting the hang of drawing the characters, but it's fun. Inkworks is very professional and helpful. They sent me pages of references and even a screening DVD of the movie to help me with the cards. I don't have to ravage Google this time, HUZZAH! :p They're awesome!!

Mark, I was just using Microns, copics and white gel pens on the card stock. I'm getting the hang of it!

Thanks again fellas!

There's those white gel pens again. :) are they really that opaque that you can use them over markers? And if I may ask, what brand? I have to pick one up and try it sometime...

YES these gel pens are AWESOME! :har: They're called Yasutomo Gel Xtreme Rollers (http://www.misterart.com/store/view/001/group_id/7488/YASUTOMO-Gel-Extreme-Rollers.htm) ( that's the only site I found where you can buy just the white not in a set ) They're pretty awesome. They go over pretty much anything pretty darn well. And they're cheap!

I'd love to see you and Musgy draw up some sketch cards ;)

Damn, Nae! Everywhere I look, you're sketching something I've just watched on DVD!

By that token, you should soon get a job sketching Evil Dead 2 cards...

Keep it up, it's all good!

You can see the rest of them HERE (http://inkworks.com/products/hellboy/swordofstorms/sketch/sk18/hb1sk18-1.html)

Sadly, I had to resort to a bunch of headshots because I wanted to get done early so I could have some days off for Christmas. But I tried to get some good ones in there!

Yay Hellboy! :har:
