I just picked this up last week at the comic shop. It collects issues # 103-105, the first three parts of the Civil War tie-in. Even if you're not reading Civil War or could care less for the event, these three issues are great! I don't want to spoil anything, but the events in these issues really remind me of just how good the initial Thunderbolts issues were. I love the premise of using Zemo's supremist ego for good, regardless of how twisted it may seem. And hell, it's three whole comics for $4.99. A steal nowadays, considering how I can read through most modern comics in 3-4 minutes. Highly recommended, even from someone who hasn't read Thunderbolts in years.

The T-Bolts has always been a good read, especialy since they re-launched it a few years back.

Are those the issues that Warren Ellis wrote? I read on his blog that he was slated to take over T-Bolts, but then I never heard any more about it.

No, Warren Ellis takes over with issue # 110. These issues are the first installments in the Civil War event, and also set up the villains Ellis will be writing about. A great jumping on point en route to Warren Ellis' run, nonetheless.
