I had mentioned in the previous thread to establish a pattern before we lynch the guy, well, that's 2 pieces during his T.C. days.

That is SUCH a common pose. Is this thread even necessary?

I saw this in Lying in the Gutters, but to be honest I'm not sure it's swiped. It is common. It may be swiped, but I'm for the benefit of the doubt.

Look at her hand in both pictures. They both suffer from the exact same anatomical oddities. It's a swipe.

I'm gonna look like an ass again but really... who cares? Why does it matter? I've just gotten to this point on this issue and I just don't think its a big deal. Its not like he killed someone or actually STOLE something, he swiped a pose. Big f'in' deal. Everyone has done it at one time or another from Ditko and Kirby to Lee, Madureira etc. He hasn't built his career on this stuff like Land. I don't like FInch's work, his women all look Asian and his men look like Sloth from The Goonies but to rake someone over the coals for something so minor and so petty. You don't know the circumstances, you don't know the situation. Hell, this pose is a pretty common thing. Now had it been two girls in the EXACT same Manara pose, that would be something unless it were an obvious homage. This though is a pretty common "sexy" type of pose.
As far as Rich's "swipe" files... man, most of them are bunk. He stretches them a lot of the time. I also don't think a pose is violation of any copyright, it is the whole of the composition that is copyright and a general pose can not be copywritten.
