We are now down to the last 21 survivors.
Bracket 1 consists of
Cap, Cat, drewerd, Press Oblivion, quones and Rex
Bracket 2 consists of
bluelinesmoke, Cloves Rodrigues, Great Scott, GRIGRIMAN, LynnDavid, Matt the Greek, midknight, Mitze, NGoff, OZ!, pi0trov, Scaleyinx, sevans, teach, Wozlok
This week it will be cut throat as we will be taken the top 3 from each Bracket. As always:
1) no shows get the boot
2) the bottom from Bracket 1 move into Bracket 2 Round 5, and
3) only the top 3 from Bracket 2 Round 4 go on into Bracket 2 Round 5.
I'm lazy this week so there is only one discussion thread. Since there is only one discussion thread, there will be only one drawing topic. That topic is ....
...in celebration of Halloween, let's have DW's own BloodRayne and Marvel's Blade taking down some zombies.

Wow!! Excellent work there folks! This is definately one of the best subject matters of all the rounds.
Rex - I'm lovin' that whole ultra long double page experience! It's like a zombie filled poster. What a great idea!
Drewerd - Your pic RAWKS! It's so hip....and I love your take on Blade :banana:
Midnight - Awesome action! And that broken zombie finger in the foreground is extraordinarily disturbing *shudders*,...gives me goose bumps, but in a good way!
Unfortunately folks, I'm out this round.
My landlord needs me to clear out my art room so he can send in workers to repair some moisture damage.

Bluelinesmoke... your piece is awesome (as usual). Blade looks like a bada$$.
I didn't like how the competition was shaping up, so I went back in and added MORE ZOMBIES. That's my new answer to all of life's problems. just add more zombies!
Bluelinesmoke, yours is indeed badass. I see where you're going with the style, and I like it.

Unfortunately I'm going to have to bow out this round as well. I suppose I can blame getting ready for NaNoWriMo for monopolizing what little extra time I've had (and I'm sure it's going to suck up all of my time for the next month as well). Thanks to LJamal for organizing this madness, it's been a ton of fun. And good luck to all the remaining participants. From what I've seen for this round so far, I didn't stand much of a chance anyway! :)

First! Let me say that you guys fuckin' blew up the fuckin' spot! Everyone in both brackets simply amaze me! Awesome!
Rex: Love it! I love it! I can feel the ergency of the scene on top of the building! You capture the destruction and the sheer volume of the Zombie tenacity as they relentlessly persue the Halflings. Awesome!
Drewerd: Wow man! You are amazing! Your sunsword is truly fabulous in this one man! I love the concept of a Halloween Party gone awry with little kid ghouls gettin' it! Fuckin' sick! You're lines are superb and the action is dynamic. The 70's fro on Blade is hilarious and what a great point to have him dressed for the Holiday! You rock!
Quones: Killer man! You never cease to amaze and the level of professional finish on your entries is always awe inspiring. Love the killer pumpkins and the smashed one is awesome! Great work!
Cap/KO!: Awesome bro. Simply Awesome! I think that you captured the characters so well in this drawing! It's a great scene with dynamic action and you even got the classic Zombie rising from the grave! To top it all off, Rayne looks HOT! Great facial expressions on both her and Blade and your Zombies are beautiful! Classic Horror! Oustanding job!
