FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
ZOMBIE HIGHWAY STRETCHES FROM BIG APPLE TO EMERALD CITY
Weekend conventions to offer free copies of DWP #27, featuring ZOMBIE HIGHWAY
Haverhill, MA - March 27, 2006 -- To celebrate the June release of ZOMBIE HIGHWAY #1, Digital Webbing Press is joining with Big Apple Con and Emerald City ComiCon to offer attendees free copies of DIGITAL WEBBING PRESENTS #27, which features two ZOMBIE HIGHWAY stories.
Both conventions are being held this weekend: Big Apple Con, March 31 to April 2 in New York City; and Emerald City ComiCon, April 1-2 in Seattle. Attendees should look for their free copies of DWP #27 at the convention entrances. "
DWP is consistently a great title and I'm very proud to be a part of it," said ZOMBIE HIGHWAY creator/writer Jason Pell. "Hopefully, this will give more people a chance to see the undiscovered talent DIGITAL WEBBING has to offer. And it wouldn't hurt my feelings none if any of the readers that got a free copy of #27 felt inclined to order ZOMBIE HIGHWAY #1."
ZOMBIE HIGHWAY is a new, full-color bimonthly series from Digital Webbing Press about four friends who may have inadvertently doomed the world. So, they do what anyone would: They set out on a cross-country trip to discover what's behind the apocalypse and, more importantly, to track down the paycheck owed to them. Oh, and to knock off a few zombies.
ZOMBIE HIGHWAY #1, by Jason Pell, Roberto Viacava and Eduardo Bazan, is "Certified Cool" in April's PREVIEWS catalog for books shipping in June (Diamond Item Code: APR06 3115). For more information about ZOMBIE HIGHWAY, visit http://www.digitalwebbing.com.
